This mechanism is used for slab gel electrophoresis, Thin layer Chromatrography, Forensic examination & D.N.A. Analysis/ Experimentation. Transilluminator provide ultraviolet illumination from beneath the sample. they can be used in conjunction with a U.V. viewing cabinet to give greater of intensity of illumination.

The product comes in three different ranges:

• TRANSILLUMINATORS 360nm External case is made of thick steel & covered with a thick layer of epoxy based polyester paint, which provide a strong, hoghly scratch & chemical resistant surface. This mechanism has a window covered with fixed U.V. transparent sheet, six 360nm. U.V. source are fixed beneath the window. An exhaust fan is fixed for cooling. the hinged eye protective U.V. obstruction cover provided with this mechanism is meant for covering the entire window. (window Size 10 X 10cm)

• WHITE/ ULTRA VOILET TRANSILLUMINATOR (DUAL MODEL) This is a conjuct mechanism of ultra violet & white light sources.Ultra violet section can be used to examine slab gel electrophoressis, thin Layer Chromatography, D.N.A & Nucleic Acids.White light section can be used for viewing coomassie blue stained gets, silver stained proteins gets, autoradiographs & Microtiter plates.
